Trium Systems LLC
Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 28, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Trium handles information submitted through this website, including intake forms, setup details, launch details, contact forms, and related follow-up workflows.
Information We Collect
We collect the information you choose to provide when you use the site. This may include:
- Name, email address, phone number, company name, and website URL.
- Selected services, setup answers, launch notes, domain details you choose to provide, lead sources, and follow-up workflow details.
- Review notes, preferred next steps, consent choices, and timing preferences.
- Basic website usage details, such as the page you submitted from, referral source, and campaign parameters.
- Form progress saved in your browser during the session so an unfinished intake can be restored.
Use of Your Information
Trium uses this information to review your request, follow up with you, prepare scope and invoice drafts, create a private project workspace if work is approved, and improve the website and intake experience.
Email, Phone, and SMS Follow-Up
Trium may contact you about your request by email or phone. Trium only sends SMS follow-up from the intake form when you choose text follow-up and give SMS consent. SMS messages may be used for service request follow-up, appointment coordination, and replies. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask Trium to stop follow-up at any time, and SMS messages can be stopped by replying STOP. You can reply HELP for help or email hello@triumleads.com.
How Requests Are Handled
Form submissions may be routed into Trium's internal CRM, service request queue, email inbox, lead management system, or operating tools so the team can review and respond. Trium does not sell your information. Trium does not sell phone numbers or share them for third-party marketing.
Domain and Launch Details
If you request website or launch work, Trium may ask for domain names, registrar names, DNS providers, and launch preferences. Do not submit passwords, API keys, registrar credentials, or domain authorization codes through the website. The default policy is that you own and control your domain; Trium can help connect it or send DNS records after review.
Website Assistant
The site assistant may use your assistant messages, the current page, selected services, and limited intake context to answer questions, operate the assistant, prevent abuse, and improve the intake experience. Assistant messages and limited context may be processed by AI and other service providers that help generate responses.
Do not send passwords, payment details, API keys, registrar credentials, domain authorization codes, or other secrets through the assistant. The assistant is not a checkout tool and does not approve work, create invoices, book meetings, or submit the full intake for you.
Service Providers
Trium may use trusted service providers for website hosting, email delivery, CRM, lead management, analytics, automation, spam prevention, and form delivery. These providers only receive the information needed to support the request or workflow.
How Long We Keep Information
Trium keeps submitted information for as long as needed to respond to your request, manage the business relationship, improve operations, and keep reasonable business records. Some copies may remain in backups, email archives, or logs for a limited time even after a deletion request is processed.
Your Choices
You can ask Trium to update or remove your submitted contact information by emailing hello@triumleads.com. If you no longer want follow-up, you can say so in your reply. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information.
